Hey there, my Padawans!
It's Tuesday, and that means it's time once again to venture beyond the familiar and take another journey Off the Beaten Track.
Tonight at 6 PM Eastern, I'll be firing up the microphones and opening the vault for another evening of music discovery on Jedi Council Radio. As always, this isn't about the biggest hits or the songs you've heard a thousand times. This is about the forgotten classics, deep album cuts, hidden gems, and those songs that somehow slipped through the cracks despite being absolutely fantastic.
One of my favorite things about this show is that no two episodes are ever exactly alike. We might start in the classic rock era, wander through some 80s nostalgia, visit a little alternative rock, stumble into a blues masterpiece, and end up somewhere completely unexpected. That's part of the adventure.
Music has always been about more than charts and popularity. Some of the greatest songs ever recorded were never released as singles. Some artists saved their most personal and creative work for the deeper cuts tucked away on albums. Those are the songs we celebrate every Tuesday night.
Whether you're a longtime listener or someone discovering the show for the first time, you're invited to come along for the ride. Bring your memories, bring your requests, and most importantly bring your love of music.
